From steam ovens to warming drawers, and downdraft induction cooktops, hosts Chloe Skipp (Winning Appliances) and James Garvan (James Garvan Architecture) will showcase the must haves for any kitchen, from the masterchef and entertainer to the traditional home cook. Chloe will also demonstrate several recipes using these technologies.

Chloe Skipp

Having worked in the culinary and media industry for over 15 years, Chloe is the Winning Appliances expert on how to make culinary dreams reality.  Chloe is the first point of contact to put new technologies to the test in the Winning Appliances kitchens.

Also a recipe writer and food stylist, Chloe’s latest work includes the Winning Appliances Cookbook, a culinary guide showcasing masterchef style recipes with the appliances to match.

James Garvan

Garvan graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters in Architecture where he won the Sir John Sulman Award for the Most Outstanding Academic Record and was placed on the Dean’s List of Academic Achievement five years running. Since graduating, he has worked in London and Sydney with some of the world’s most prolific architects before establishing his own practice; James Garvan Architecture.
